I've been working hard. Last week, I thought I wasn't going to be able to travel to Scotland after all. My visa application needed way too long to process. But when I called the UK Visa and Immigration Office last Monday, they found a way. Turns out I can apply on the airport when I arrive...So that means I'm going after all!
So I bought my airline ticket two days ago. I leave on Monday, taking U.S. Air via Charlotte and Philadelphia before jumping the pond to Glasgow, Scotland. But before then, I need to stuff all my necessary belongings into suitcases (love the 360 degree wheels on my new suitcase, by the way). There's also a mountain of paperwork in front of me that I need to put in my carry-on.
It's not been easy, since I've had about ten days to get completely ready. But God is good, and everything is going to work out.
Let the countdown begin! T minus 4 days before this big adventure starts!
